This highly reputable independent law firm is looking for an enthusiastic M&A trainee and a bright newly qualified M&A lawyer to join their team in Milan. My client is looking to recruit talented, ambitious and confident corporate/M&A professionals ideally coming from a rated corporate practice in Milan.
The partner is a well-known professional who focuses on cross-border public and private M&A and private equity transactions. On offer are a varied workload working with well-respected team and practise, in a friendly environment.
The ideal candidate will have gained a good experience on a broad range of matters covering national and international M&A and corporate law. You will have a strong academic background, be commercially minded and able to think on your feet. Fluent English is essential.
