Exciting news for legal professionals! We\’re actively seeking a talented Senior Associate Lawyer specialising in M&A and Corporate Finance. This role, based in Rome, is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated legal expert to leverage their skills in a dynamic environment.
You will be part of a corporate finance team, and you’ll be involved in major M&A transactions with different kind of clients (public and private, domestic and foreign, industrial, financial, banking, insurance, including regulated companies…). You will assist Italian and foreign clients, including large international groups, therefore you will be fluent in English (both written and spoken).
