Our client is a global Investment Company with a strong presence in Italy, the MENA and Gulf regions. The company provides comprehensive project consultancy and management solutions, it’s active across the fields of construction, insurance assessments, advisory, energy and project monitoring solutions, and healthcare sector.
The company is now looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic lawyer to join their legal team in Milan.
The ideal candidate will be a lawyer with minimum 2/3 years’ post qualification experience currently working in a leading law firm or as in-house legal specialist in a large organization.
Ideally you should have a solid expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements – from scratch or on the basis of existing templates and standards- reviewing and analysing a broad range of contracts (such as: M&A, construction, real estate, heath, ICT agreements; EPC, letter of Intent, memorandum of understanding). Drafting post-Agreement documents (letters, addendum/amendment, settlement Agreement, etc.).
You will report directly to the head of the legal. You should be comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently, with a willingness to assume responsibility. Strong planning and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, accuracy will complete the profile.
You will be a native Italian speaker with fluent English (both written and spoken).
