Founded around 50 years ago, this company is looking for a legal intern to join their legal team in Milan.
You will be part of Corporate Legal team, and you will benefit from on-the-job training. In particular, you will be involved in commercial law matters; provide legal advices and conduct legal researches on a variety of legal topics; in corporate secretarial activities relating to all group companies and management of corporate obligations. You will be expected to work independently but with all required support to aid your development. You will have good communication skills. You will need to be an excellent team player, will have strong interpersonal skills.
