Our client, a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of environmental innovation, is seeking a qualified Lawyer (3–5 years PQE) to provide maternity leave cover.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated legal professional to work with a pioneering business committed to driving sustainable change. The position is available either as a temporary in-house contract or a collaboration with an external lawyer or boutique practice.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts
· Advising on corporate matters, including governance, M&A support, and internal structuring
· Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
· Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:
· qualified lawyer with 3–5 years PQE, ideally gained in-house or in private practice
· Strong experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance
· Able to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Available for a fixed-term contract or open to working as an external legal partner
