Our client is an ambitious company that is committed to accelerating access to renewable energy and to speed up the transition to clean energy.
The firm is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel who will be responsible for handling high quality, professional legal support across a range of functions within the company with a focus on permitting related tasks in wind and photovoltaic projects, as well as being the ambassador for compliance issues within the country.
You will collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, steer negotiations from the legal perspective, manage external legal counsels and ensure that the legal support contributes to achieving the business goals in compliance with applicable laws.
You will be part of the company Legal and Compliance team, reporting to the General Counsel based in northern Europe.
