The Rome’s team is looking to hire a newly qualified lawyer with good experience in M&A. You will advise on a wide variety of corporate matters within this entrepreneurial and innovative team. The broad range of work for major corporate and private equity clients includes: national and international acquisitions and disposals – assets and shares, joint venture, investment and shareholder agreements, transaction structuring, transaction negotiation/strategy, public markets transactions and IPOs, group reorganizations etc.
The ideal candidate must have top academics and fluent English. You must have trained at a leading practice, and ideally should be a newly qualified lawyer within the corporate/M&A sector.
