We are currently looking for a common law lawyer (ideally admitted to the England and Wales Bar) to join the Rome office of one of the leading Italian law firms. The firm acts on all types of transactions on some of the largest and most complex deals. The multi-jurisdictional nature of many of such transactions plays strongly to the firm\’s unrivalled expertise.
We are looking for applicants who have gained experience in corporate/M&A with a respectable law firm and who are not afraid to be challenged. The successful candidate will possess developed team working skills. The bulk of your work will involve working mainly with a senior partner to offer transactional advice to a range of clients. The ideal candidate will have gained 1 to 3 years post-graduation experience. Fluency in Italian would be a distinct advantage as would experience of living and working in Italy.
