This well-known global law firm has an extensive network of offices across the world. The firm is now looking for a bright, enthusiastic M&A trainee to join the corporate/M&A department in the Milan Office.
You will be part of the corporate group and will be involved in advising many of the world’s leading companies. You will be expected to work independently but with all required support to aid your development. You will experience not only the general corporate foundations, but more specific technical work on both public and private M&A, private equity and joint venture deals.
The ideal candidate will have gained 2 years experience in a good M&A practise from a leading Italian or international law firm. Ideally you should have gained a strong expertise in due diligence, simple legal documents, corporate searches etc. Strong academics and fluent English are essential.
