International law firm is looking for an employment associate to join their busy but very friendly team in Milan.
This is an exciting and varied role; you will regularly advise domestic and international clients on a broad range of pre-litigation and non-contentious labour and social security matters.
You will be expected to work independently but with all required support to aid your development. The ideal candidate will have gained experience in all aspects of employment law (i.e.: employment agreements, executives’ contracts, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, retention arrangements, changes in job tasks, warning letters, individual and collective dismissals, unions’ relations, temporary work, agency relationships). The role is ideal for a professional that enjoys both litigation and non contentious activity.
Good level of English is necessary as you will assist international clients regularly.
