Our client is solid entity with a significant background in the region. As a result of its growing requirements a senior level role has arisen for a Western qualified Intellectual Property lawyer with 12+ years’ experience to join their legal team. You will oversee all matters relating to intellectual property for Dark Matter. You will provide legal counsel on all intellectual property matters, manage various licensing activities, draft or review and negotiate IP agreements, to work with the DM products, marketing and other legal and business teams on trademark and copyright related intellectual property issues. Given the client and the work it is essential you have a solid legal background either In-House or Private Practice. Ref: 2289
